Employer Account
-> Note that deleting the general account will also delete your employer account if not already deleted. Hence read the following.
-> Note that on a successful deletion, all your data that you have ever saved or accumulated through various activities at MillionFormula will be deleted excluding your workstreams, job(s) that have been awarded to freelancer(s), admin actions taken against your account, email id and your identification document number.
-> The reason we retain the email id and the identification document number is in line with our policies to protect the quality of our services. As per our terms and policies, MillionFormula allows any specific user to create and get verified only one employer account. This is ensured by the fact that we verify only one employer account per person or in other words we will verify only one employer account per all your government issued id(s). Hence for us to be able to prevent people from abusing our services, then delete the account and create another one, we retain the email of the user and the identification document number in order to identify the user should he/she try to create another account in the future.
-> Please note that WE DO NOT RETAIN YOUR IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT. We only retain the IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT NUMBER. For example we retain the Passport number and not the passport itself. Any and all copies of your identification/verification documents will be deleted permanently.
-> Note that any and all the jobs that you have posted and have been awarded to freelancers will not be deleted. All jobs that have not been awarded to freelancers will be deleted including any and all files attached. This is because there are so many relationships associated with the jobs that you have already awarded. Such relations include money payments and transactions(Such information could be very vital in future were there to be a legal issue). However you need to note that this job will never be shown publicly nor to the freelancers ever again. For the freelancers who have relations with this job, they will only be shown a message that says the job was deleted and cannot see the job. Hence none of your information nor the job can ever be seen by anyone ever again.
-> Note that your workstreams will not be deleted. This is because this data is associated with the proceedings of the job and the related workstream. This data is vital for the workstream documentation and for any legal use that could ever arise in the future. However, you need to note that this data will never be shown publicly to anyone. The only other party that can access or see such data is the freelancer that you communicated with.
-> Note that once you delete your account, you can never get it back again. It will be permanently deleted. You will never get any of the associated data back again. All your progress will be lost. Be sure of this before deleting your account.
