Hello! I'm Gerwin Caigoy, I'm 22 years of old and I'm currently working in a BPO industry for almost 6 months and now I'm currently looking for a jobs that is more challenging to do and earning money also the skills that I have are number 1.Good communication skills, I work in a call center agent for almost 6 months and every day I speak English to all of our customer all over in the UK. Number 2. I can do multi task, as a call center agent you must practice your self to do multi task to improve your stats and also to give the best solution to our customer, and number 3. I can work under pressure, working in a call center is a lots of pressure because you have to maintain a good stats and also having a good rate to your customer and I'm so lucky for almost 6 months of working it I don't have any failure to maintain it.
