My name is Amaka, I am 26 yrs old and a major in translation and broadcasting. Delivery results is my core value and I hope to be of utmost service to you. During my time as a Youth Corp Member at FRCN(metro fm)in my service year, I worked as an assistant producer and I also handled the content creation and contributed to the materials released on all their social media, traditional media platforms and I also edited articles. Furthermore, in my former place of work, I acted as a personal assistant and operations manager to the CEO, and since most of the orders come through our social media accounts which I am solely responsible for, from taking orders to confirming payments and also serving as the customer service personnel, answering questions and reassuring customers. Later on,I got a job as a customer service representative in Mint Financial Technology. I showed empathy and compassion to frustrated clients.i was always ready to proffer solutions to clients,I made sure all customers were satisfied with my services..
