Preparing new database for each release for Qa team.  Handling Scrum Master role for Last 3 years for UAE client- Danat Al Emarat Hospital Extracting the DB Objects from development db New version db upgradation. Release Management - Internal release to Qa team , Updating the bug fixes in Qa testing environment, Coordinating with development team and Qa team for issue follow up.  Upgrading the bug fixes / CRS in client UAT environment. After getting confirmation from client upgrading the Bug fixes and CRS upgradation as a new release in Live environment.  Helping the client in deploying the patches in End user systems.  Helping the client in Oracle connection configurations, Software configurations, Helping the client in preparing the master datas ( Pharmacy medicine master datas , Lab master datas for tests,Sub tests, Inventory material master datas , Pharmacy and inventory final stock datas ). Trouble shooting the Listener service , Windows service issues.
