Hello, my name is Gloria Kumah with background in public policy analysis, research, administrative roles, and customer service. I have a passion for understanding the complex issues that affect our communities and finding ways to improve them through evidence-based policy solutions. I have a Master's degree in Public Policy from University of Erfurt Germany, where I focused on researching and analyzing issues related to social welfare, healthcare, and education. I have also gained experience in administrative roles through internships and work experience, where I have developed strong skills in project management, data analysis, and communication. In addition to my research and administrative experience, I also have a solid background in customer service. I have worked in customer service roles for some time , where I have honed my ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and address their needs. This experience has taught me the importance of being patient and empathetic, and it has given me the ability to think on my feet and make quick decisions.
