I have a Master's degree in Public Policy from University of Erfurt Germany, where I focused on researching and analyzing issues related to social welfare, healthcare, and education. I have also gained experience in administrative roles through internships and work experience, where I have developed strong skills in project management, data analysis, and communication. In addition to my research and administrative experience, I also have a solid background in customer service. I have worked in customer service roles for some time , where I have honed my ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and address their needs.
