Positions Held Tutor of English, the Deaf and Dumb School, the Governerate of M’sila, Algeria: September 2010 – June 2011; The Deaf and Dumb School (established by the ministry of solidarity) is a school that is specialized in enabling special needs children to learn like everyone else. The main achievement in this school: 6 students with special needs got 20 out of 20 in English. Assistant Professor of English, Mohamed El Bachir El Ibrahimi University, Bordj Bou Arreridj: February 2016 – Present. The University of Bordj Bou Arreridj is an institution that is known for training thousands of students in different areas of studies, a lot of whom are remarkable contributors to their specialties and the Algerian economy at large. I am in charge of: Devising annual plans for my students. Setting educational strategies for better understanding the different modules I teach. Assessing the development my students make, based on which strategies are set to enable them to benefit as much as possible. Make use of different means to motivate and inspire students to do better, thereby helping them to be the best versions of themselves. The main achievements in this school: Supervising tens of students. Teaching thousands of students, most of whom are teaching now. Better grades were made thanks to adopting the right strategies.
