I was a customer service associate handling emails in a travel company for 6 years, where customer satisfaction was my target. I handled customers' requests such as compensation/refunds, complaints/escalations aside from their usual requests to change or cancel a reservation. In every interaction, I saw to it to resolve the issue at the soonest, making customers happy and satisfied. I also love writing especially in literature, although this is far from the degree I chose which was an Accounting course. When I do my job, I put enthusiasm and sincerity , making sure it is done on time or ahead of time. I am an efficient worker.
