I'm a power user of Ms office. I have work experience of 5 years as a charting analyst in a market research strat up company. I'm an assistant manager and my main roles are handling client requirements and quality assurance of the deliverables. In my tenure I have worked on hundreds of excel and powerpoint reports. Hence I have gained expert knowledge in advanced excel and PowerPoint. I handle a team of 10 members, providing necessary trainings to the team and handling automation projects on my own through vb script. Ensuring quality and on-time delivery of the reports are my daily routine. Apart from the above, I handle all the client transactions from requirements briefing to delivery of the projects. I have joined in this startup as a freelancer and became a key member starting from production to quality checks and during my initial days I started learning VB script on my own through online resources and started automation services in the company. Since it is a start up there's no hierarchy back then, hence only 2-3 of us are proficient in quality checking and the production to be done by freshers in the team. I went through a training of 6 months in front-end and back-end technologies after which I was placed in the SAP project. It is a car parts manufacturing company. We will receive tickets raised by the SAP users and it ranges between 1-4 levels depending on the urgency level. We contact users and get the issue detail and solve it in the SAP system.
