Currently work as case manager for Universal credit. Role includes identifying fraudulent cases, answering phone calls, performing manual calculations, and paying claimants on time. Worked as Software Engineer at BT. Here I created dashboards for internal software and used APIs to display information. I also tested Communication Provider networks. When I was at University, I took the opportunity to go to China to teach English. Here I created my own lesson plans and taught the children using the Mandarin I knew, body language and visual aids. I also have experience in the retail sector, having worked for Faith Mission bookshops. Here I was given the responsibilities of serving customers through an electronic POS system as well as processing cheques and national book tokens.
